Fit To Start
If your 2019 resolution is to get fitter, here's an extra push. Renowned Pilates specialist and personal trainer, Rosie Gregory, will be doing a week-long residency at The Sanchaya in Bintan. It's a good time to learn from the globe-trotting trainer whose workouts are designed not just to work your body but lift your mind, body and spirit. During her time at The Sanchaya, she will focus on a mixture of Pilates, Sculpt Method, full body sessions and stretching classes, with morning sessions focusing on HIIT and full body workouts and afternoons dedicated to stretching and breathing. All classes are complimentary for in-house residents. To complement Ms Gregory's classes, The Sanchaya offers an enhanced wellness menu throughout her residency. Sure, you could work out in your gym in Singapore, but the beautiful surrounds of this boutique beachfront estate in Bintan makes getting sweaty a little easier.
