WHEN YOU ARE on holiday, working out may be the last thing on your mind. But at the end of the trip, you want to bring home souvenirs that you can pack in your suitcase, not around your waist.
Bernice Liu, senior physiotherapist at Sengkang General Hospital says, "Whether it's work or holiday, travel can disrupt an exercise regime. It is a good idea to stick to the recommended 150 minutes of moderate aerobic activity or 75 minutes of vigorous aerobic activity a week."
