Younger, older HDB resale flats see slower price decline in Q3
Prices for older flats fell 0.9%, from 3.4% dip in year-ago period; younger flats saw 2.5% fall, from 4.8% in Q3 2018

THE price slide of both younger and older flats slowed in the third quarter compared to the same period in 2018, OrangeTee & Tie said on Wednesday in its latest quarterly report on HDB trends.
According to the report, younger flats are defined as those less than 10 years old, while older flats are defined as those 40 years and above.
