Doctor Anywhere’s offer for Asian Healthcare Specialists closes with 97.5% of acceptances
A VEHICLE owned by healthtech startup Doctor Anywhere has received 97.48 per cent of valid acceptances for its bid to take Catalist-listed Asian Healthcare Specialists : 1J3 0% private.
The offer, priced at S$0.188 per share, closed at 5.30 pm on Thursday (Dec 15). The deal values Asian Healthcare Specialists at S$109 million.
Labrador Park, a special purpose vehicle owned by Doctor Anywhere, launched the offer back in October. The offer price is at a premium of 18.3 per cent and 21.3 per cent over the volume-weighted average prices for the one and three-month periods respectively up to Oct 5.
Shares of Asian Healthcare Specialists closed flat at S$0.186 on Thursday.
