GS Holdings looks to scrub out cleaning, dishwashing business

GS HOLDINGS is proposing to sell two wholly-owned subsidiaries for S$2, in a move that will take the company another step further from its dishwashing roots, but a step closer to focusing on newer business lines.
The two firms to be sold are GS Cleaning Services (GCS) and GS Equipment Supply (GES). GCS provides general cleaning services and manufactures kitchen and household utensils. Meanwhile, GES sells and rents out dishwashing and other equipment and machinery.
