OVER the 4 trading sessions between Apr 15 and Apr 21, the Straits Times Index (STI) rose 0.4 per cent while the KLCI in Malaysia rose 0.2 per cent. Meanwhile, the Hang Seng Index in Hong Kong fell 3.9 per cent.
