MLT's Q1 DPU edges up 3.5% on enlarged unit base

ACCRETIVE acquisitions in the previous financial year and the completed redevelopment of a Chinese logistics park lifted results for Mapletree Logistics Trust (MLT) for its first quarter.
Its income available for distribution for unitholders for the three months to June 30 climbed 20.8 per cent to S$73.6 million, while available distribution per unit (DPU) inched up 3.5 per cent to 2.025 Singapore cents from 1.957 cents, owing to an enlarged unit base.
