OCBC Securities boosts digital trading capabilities
It wants to improve customers' digital experiences and offer them greater access to global stock exchanges

WITH competition intensifying in the brokerage industry, it's a race against one another to bring more investors on board as sustained market volatility drives more inflows.
To stay ahead of the game, OCBC Securities has increased its investment in digital capabilities by more than 50 per cent, with a focus on upgrading its existing digital trading platform, iOCBC.
This comes as trading platforms have become more sophisticated and complex compared with some 10 years ago when emphasis was placed on building mobile capabilities, said newly appointed OCBC Securities managing director Wilson He in a recent interview with The Business Times.
