Proccuri finance chief Choo Joo Kwang resigns
PROCURRI'S group chief financial officer (CFO) Choo Joo Kwang has resigned to pursue other interests after more than 5 years in charge of the finance team at the mainboard-listed IT solutions provider.
In a bourse filing on Tuesday (Dec 21), Procurri said Choo's last day of service with the company will be Jan 14, 2022.
Sin Yi Tian will oversee the group's overall financial, accounting management and reporting functions with effect from Jan 10 next year.
"The board would like to place on record its appreciation to Choo for his contributions to the group during his term of office as group CFO," it added in a statement.
Shares of Procurri closed down 0.5 Singapore cents or 1.7 per cent at S$0.295 on Tuesday.
