THE prosecution has disputed in court a recounting of events by Khua Kian Keong, chief executive of mainboard-listed logistics company Vibrant Group : BIP 0%, leading to his encounter with former KTL Global chairman Tan Tock Han.

Khua, 54, is facing charges over allegedly pushing Tan down some stairs. As a result of the fall, Tan suffered a fracture to his right shoulder.

On Tuesday (Mar 21), the court heard Khua’s side of the story: that Tan was unconscious after the fall. Khua said that after he failed to lift Tan up, he shouted for help in Hokkien from his position in the stairwell. He said he did so several times until KTL staff came to help.
