RWS hires Singapore Business Federation chief, MBS casino veteran
RESORTS World Sentosa (RWS) on Friday (Oct 28) said that Lam Yi Young, currently the chief executive officer of the Singapore Business Federation (SBF), will be its deputy chief executive officer (CEO) in the new year.
Lam, who has spent 11 years in senior public-sector leadership positions, joins RWS on Jan 1, and will assume the post upon passing a suitability assessment by the Gambling Regulatory Authority of Singapore.
RWS, which is operated by Genting Singapore, also announced the appointment of Andrew MacDonald as chief casino officer. MacDonald, who was appointed on Sep 1, has more than four decades of experience in the gaming industry.
