TWO units of Soilbuild Construction Group have clinched S$118.7 million in contracts, including those for supplying components for public housing projects, the company said in a bourse filing on Wednesday (Jul 5).
Precast Concrete, a wholly owned subsidiary, has been awarded contracts for the supply and delivery of precast components to Housing and Development Board (HDB) projects in Tampines, Woodlands, Bishan and Choa Chu Kang.
Another wholly owned subsidiary, SB Procurement, has been awarded a construction contract for building a sustainable, energy-efficient logistics facility in Singapore.
The facility is expected to achieve four sustainability certifications: Green Mark Platinum, Green Mark Zero Energy, Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) Gold and LEED Zero Carbon.
Soilbuild said work on these contracts is expected to start in the third quarter of the year, and be completed in Q2 2025.
The contracts bring the group’s order book to approximately S$693 million, the company said.
