AUDREY Mah had just celebrated her second year at travel booking firm Klook in April when news hit that she was part of the mass layoffs brought on by the impact of Covid-19.
After posting an appeal for help on LinkedIn, she woke up the next morning to hundreds of reactions from the online community.
Ms Mah, who was a community team lead in Klook's Malaysia marketing department, was overwhelmed with messages from recruiters and hiring companies asking for details about other colleagues who were affected.
