THE government is reviewing suggestions from nightlife and entertainment operators to support the industry - one of the earliest to close when the coronavirus broke out in Singapore - and help it resume business.
Ideas being considered include allowing family-themed karaoke joints with safe management measures that serve no alcoholic drinks resume business, and quicker approvals for temporary changes in business licensing.
