SCANDINAVIAN workplaces have been extolled to the skies by envious employees all around the world - and I suppose it's not without good reason.
On top of generous parental and annual leave allowances, the typical Scandinavian employer is said to prioritise work-life balance, as well as diversity and inclusion. No wonder the Nordic countries consistently rank among the world's happiest people.
But some question if a "Scandinavian work culture" even exists - after all, not every workplace in the region could possibly be the same.
