Engage and interact with real estate experts at the upcoming BT Property Outlook Seminar
AFTER selling out the inaugural edition last February, the annual BT Property Outlook Seminar is set to return soon.
The theme for 2024 is “Key to Success: Unlocking Real Estate Opportunities in the Year of the Dragon”.
The event will take place on Feb 24 and it will once again take on the format of a panel discussion, followed by an audience question-and-answer session.
BT senior correspondent, Leslie Yee, who has his weekly column and podcast, will moderate the event and his guests are PropNex’s chief executive officer Ismail Gafoor and Savills Singapore’s executive director (Research and Consultancy) Alan Cheong.
If you are currently house hunting or looking around for opportunities to invest in property, this is your opportunity to get professional and unbiased advice from our panel of experts.
Is this the time to buy a new home or an investment property? Should you be paying Additional Buyer’s Stamp Duty? Residential vs commercial – which is a better buy?
