Redas gets new president, Tan Swee Yiow
KEPPEL Land’s director Tan Swee Yiow has been elected as the president of Real Estate Developers’ Association of Singapore (Redas).
The association made the announcement of its management committee for a new two-year term starting 2023 on Friday (Jan 6).
Tan is also the chairman of Keppel Reit (Real Estate Investment Trust) : K71U 0%Management and senior managing director of urban development at Keppel Corporation : BN4 0%.
Redas conducted its annual general meeting on Thursday, where its 20-member management committee was unveiled.
Marc Boey and Kwee Ker Wei are the first and second vice-presidents respectively. Boey is also the executive director of the property services division at Far East Organization and Kwee the senior vice-president of investments at Pontiac Land Group.
