USED car marketplace Carro has raised US$15.6 million from Celestial Sage International, Aldama Investments and Simon James Moran in its ongoing funding round. Carro has raised a total of US$428.5 million in this latest funding round.

According to regulatory filings accessed on data platform VentureCap Insights, on Dec 15, Celestial Sage International invested US$10.4 million for over 197,000 shares which translates to US$52.54 price per share.

Simon James Moran and Aldama Investments financed US$3.5 million and US$1.8 million respectively.

Last month (Nov 25), Temasek's Anderson Investments along with Malaysia's Sime Darby and others invested US$100 million. Anderson Investment's stake was for over 570,990 shares at the same share price.

Carro has plans to go public on the Nasdaq stock exchange, but that depends on the company's growth rate, Carro's founder and chief executive Aaron Tan previously told The Business Times.

The Singapore-based unicorn, founded in 2015, operates in Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia and Thailand.
