Malaysia: Shares open higher on Wednesday

MALAYSIA share prices opened higher on Wednesday with the FTSE Bursa Malaysia Kuala Lumpur Composite Index up 1.12 points, or 0.07 per cent, to 1,512.09 as at 9.04am.
Volume was 250.99 million lots worth about RM84.83 million. Gainers beat losers 265 to 76.
