Malaysia: Stocks edge up on Friday

MALAYSIA share prices started [DAY]Friday on slightly stronger ground, with the FTSE Bursa Malaysia Kuala Lumpur Composite Index up 2.08 points or 0.1 per cent to 1,500.88 as at 9.06am.
Volume on the Malaysia bourse was 300.9 million lots worth RM178.7 million.
Gainers beat losers 240 to 176.
