Rolls-Royce consolidates Singapore and UK operations
As aerospace languishes, the group has run up a record £5.37b pre-tax loss for the first half of this year

BRITISH engine-maker Rolls-Royce on Thursday said it will consolidate its Singapore aero engine assembly and test volume into its operations in Derby in the United Kingdom (UK).
The engineering giant will also move its wide-chord fan blade manufacturing volume from the UK and consolidate that into the Seletar Aerospace Park fan-blade facility in Singapore.
