Fostering diversity in talent must remain a key focus alongside efforts to attract tech 'Jedi Masters'. As digitalisation continues to accelerate in Asia, we increasingly see a shift towards open and collaborative models of business. Companies can no longer innovate in silos and must instead embrace the potential for collaboration across the full spectrum of talent, to truly spark new thinking and sustainable innovation.
