F1 Cooking Thrills
If you're peckish from staring at speeding cars, head out to Twenty3 - Formula 1's newest lifestyle destination that offers a lineup of Michelin-starred cuisine, whisky and rum speakeasy and the circuit's only nightclub, Apex Lounge. Accessible via an exclusive ferry service between Bayfront North Jetty and Twenty3 - you get to dine on Italian fare by Massimiliano Mascia of two Michelin-starred San Domenico; Kyoto-style cuisine by Takagi Kazuo of the two-starred Takagi from Ashiya, Japan; and Portuguese creations by Tiago Bonito of the one Michelin-starred Largo do Paco.
Check out, too, the alfresco dining at Bay Terrace for home-spun favourites such as satay and mee siam, along with menu highlights from London's Burger & Lobster. A cocktail bar and chimney cakes by Prague's Good Food Coffee and Bakery round off the three day gastro-fest.
