SARAH Tan had toyed with the idea of undergoing plastic surgery for a long time.

The 26-year-old had struggled with severe eye bags, and efforts to conceal them – by applying make-up or by covering them with her spectacles – were largely ineffective.

In 2020, she took the leap and had her eye bags surgically removed.
